REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind every CARDERIO wallet. If something's wrong, we'll make it right — fast.


DEFECTIVE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

If your wallet arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the product description, contact us within 30 days at info@carderio.shop. We will:

- Send you a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund

No return shipping required — just send us a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out within 24 hours.


CHANGE OF MIND

We get it — if the wallet isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.

Please always email us at info@carderio.shop before sending anything back. This allows us to assist you quickly and provide any necessary return instructions.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive confirmation of your return (or a photo for defective items), refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your wallet for a different colour, subject to availability. Contact us at info@carderio.shop to arrange an exchange.


YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
