All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colour of the product.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping to all Australian addresses. Orders are shipped with full tracking. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For defective products or products not matching the description: Contact us at info@carderio.shop. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. No return shipping required — simply send us a photo of the issue.
For change of mind returns: The product must be in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
