FREE SHIPPING
All orders ship free to anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery to Australia: 5-8 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order is shipped with full tracking. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@carderio.shop.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at info@carderio.shop. We will investigate with our shipping partner and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at no additional cost.
